Was changing the bushings under the shifter and found this laying in the tunnel below the shifter when I took it out. Didn't see anything it appeared to go on. Possibly just laying in there for some unrelated reason. Can anyone identify this? Car is a '79 SC with a 915. The piece is soft rubber.
