I just when through this after replacing the fenders.
Since all the other gaps are OK, yeah it will be fix by playing with the fender.
Lots of fun as the top 2 bolts by the windshield are not easy to access (can be seen with the door fully open), the other dozen + bolts are access from the Frunk and inner fender.
