You might find the fender a bit difficult to move if the sealing tape was used when it was installed. You just want to be careful you don't open the gap at the cowl panel. If your door lines up nicely with the rocker at the bottom but not with the bottom of the fender you're going to have to adjust the fender. IF the bottom of the fender and door line up with the rocker you should be able to adjust the door to match the fender.
