How to price a hotrod build

Bare with me I am typing on my phone. So I want to sell my hotrod build after 13yrs plus of ownership. But how do you sell a car that has a high mileage chassis? The chassis has over 410k miles on it. Over the last several years I have been rebuilding the car. Replaced all the rubbers on the car and added many clean mods ( so I think) . I guess it's worth want the next man would pay.
Here is the current mods and information on the car.

1986 Porsche 911 RSR inspired widebody
clean title*
Car weighs 2500 lbs
Fresh color change to Fashion grey*
Fresh top end rebuild motor a 95 993 3.6 with RS cams freshly broken in on dyno.
Wevo shifter
B&B headers with 997 GT3 cup muffler
front mounted oil cooler with new oil lines complete.


Suspension and Brakes:
New bilstein shocks front and rear
Patrick Motorsport Brembo twin turbo brake kit.
turbo tie rods with Rebel Racing bump steer
Rebel Racing Motor and tranny mounts
Rebel racing spring plate bushings and front A arm bushings.
Strut bar.
22/30 torsion bars

wheels are BBS Motorsports with magnesium centers.
Rear tires are 335 30 r18



Interior:
Sparco Milano Seats
Momo Prototipo steering wheel with quick release (not in photo)
RS carpet kit
RS door panels
Sunroof

NO AIR CONDITIONING
