And so the debate continues. Dinosaurs lived for millions of years, so that alone says something positive about their "squeezings".
And if anyone is concerned about coking up the turbo and cutting loose particles to fark up your cam lobes, there is a remedy whereby the installation of a small filter post-turbo return will catch those nasty particles.

not sure where you get that I said HIS engine is toast.
I said "I have personally seen ANOTHER engine where the coking came lose and plugged an oil hole in a spray bar and it ate up a cam lobe and rocker face"
this is not speculation that it could happen, it is fact that I have seen and I was not saying it IS going to happen to his engine.
at the least you are looking at a turbo rebuild if you have coking.

you guys and your oil really make me laugh. first off you think 100ppm difference between M1 and VR1 is really going to make your valve train last longer by the time you have to do guides or rings anyway and yet you don't see the advantage of synthetic over dyno oil. you also don't even bother to do a little research yourself to find out what is out there.
