Marmoleum. Fantasic wear, easy to clean (no wax) and if you get large spills soaked up within a couple of minutes, no swelling or other problems. If your sub floor is tight and doesn't squeak then the new
floating floor shouldn't either. I laid mine over 30 lb. felt, not some foam s╟!t. A sheet of cheap vinyl underlayment flooring is even better.
