I doubt a nutritionist will recommend a low carb diet or other extreme. It will be a balanced diet that she will recommend and just eat less processed foods and less calories daily. Low carb is great if you worry about diabetes but if you have heart disease running in the family, I doubt high fat, red meat and lots of salt is going to cut it.
