i owned many Targa's, and yes a coupe is much nicer not only the looks.
Special the noise, leaking, storing/folding the top get's on your nerves in the end. Buy a nice cabrio if you like open motoring or do if you can buy both a coupe and a cabrio special 1987 with original non automatic/manual top if you can find one.
