We still use a crock pot for some stuff and for meat use the suis vide more than the Insta or crock pot and the crock pot more than the Insta pot. The Insta pot makes good grain dishes though. Steel cut oats are by far the best in the Insta. For canning and ding jam/jelly we have a large pressure cooker.
