3. Comfortable enough to be a semi daily driver
4. Sporty enough to be able to handle 3-4 track days a year with minimal mods (brake fluid, pads)
5. Reliable enough to be able to plan road trips without worry
6. Reasonable expectation that it will not suffer massive depreciation in a 3-5 year time frame
