I looked into this subject on the german forum before and found this link:

The official Porsche shop manual states that:
"Nach der Grundierung mit GLASURIT Thermo Grundfüller 285-16 wird mit HS Grundfüller 285-50, 285-60 oder 285-95 gefüllert. Danach wird GLASURIT Unterbodenschutz schwarz 1109-1240/4 mit einem Spritzgang vorgespritzt und dann in 4 bis 6 Spritzgängen ,je nach Orginal Struktur, effektgespritzt. Durch Variation des Düsendurchmessers und des Zerstäuberdruckes kann die Strukturierung der Oberfläche angepasst werden. Vor Arbeitsbeginn an der Sturzbügelverkleidung empfiehlt sich die Anfertigung eines Spritzmusters, denn der Struktureffekt läßt sich über die Viskosität des Strukturlackes verändern."

Or in english:
Primer, Filler and then underbody coating to give it it's texture.

So at least sometimes, texture was standard. Now i need an underbody coating that will look similar to "GLASURIT Unterbodenschutz schwarz 1109-1240/4" and that is available in the US in a rattle can.
Otherwise it is going to be RustOleum.
