In Los Angeles people are late all the tine. It is accepted.
I could care less if someone is late. Even on my boat a fishing trip if a guy is 30 min late
NO BIG DEAL. Life is short and to have petty pet peeves is not worth it.
Pet Peeves = Stress = Unhappy Life.
