i was at that dealership last month to look at a 911E for some buyers in texas. i gave this car a good once over as i'm currently building a '74 myself.

overall a pretty nice build, but there are a few things that i didn't like. that rear bumper is awkward, especially on a short hood. the license plate panel comes almost flush with the deck lid. personal tastes aside, the ask seems high for what i saw. nice car, but not $110K nice in my book.

the guys at the dealership were very cool. i think they are buying aircooled cars at auction and trying to sell them at a slight profit so they can maintain an aircooled inventory at the dealership. they have some nice cars there.

the 911E sold at auction (pcarmarketplace i think?) for a bit more than they paid, and they did some work to it. not sure they made any money on it...
