I don't necessarily watch that closely but do shop around when the time comes. Depending on the type of bike these tires are for and type or riding you do, you can always sift through offerings and find what would work for you through regular suspects Evil-bay, Amazon, Comp-access etc...
If price is very important, Continental Conti-motion or similarly named set of tires is around $150-160 in the dimension you listed. No personal experience but others seem to like it for what they offer... I had good luck w Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT on LC GSA as primarily road usage so that can be an option although twice the cost of Contis but they offset cost by lasting longer...
For spark plugs and oils, you could follow mfg recommendations - although that's whole another topic, oils especially...
