About 2mm between shaft and hub. I neglected to ensure the splines went back in precisely the same position when I pulled the trans. This may have accelerated the wear.
Nonetheless 100k is pretty good. The trans shifts perfectly, I could keep riding, and wait for bang. I'm going to pull it, put new input shaft and disc.
