Nonetheless 100k is pretty good. The trans shifts perfectly, I could keep riding, and wait for bang. I'm going to pull it, put new input shaft and disc.

I wouldn't do it. 2 mm is normal wear. 8-10 mm is an impending failure. Check it every 10K miles and you'll be fine. Really.
