Fuchs wheels were available in Grand Prix White most years. The option is code M348. To see if they are original, you would need to see if 348 is present on your option sticker.
If you have no option stickers, you could deduce if they are likely original or a dealer upgrade, but won't be able to positively identify them as original.
Fuchs wheels were a common dealer upgrade if the car is a North American car. Colored Fuchs wheels were also not uncommon as a dealer upgrade.
