Hi,

Just remove any old glue and fabric before using that weatherstrip adhesive. Put some latex gloves to apply if using your fingers. A small wood spatula like a standard tongue depressor works great. Apply a thin coat in both sides and let it dry, I guess about 3-5 minutes. Grab the vinyl and stretch before joining both sides. Once is on it will stay on and is very hard to lift and reposition again. This stuff works great!
