I didn't respond already because I never-seized mine at the rebuild.. so they came out easy 40k miles later. The tubes are frail, and I guess the soft steel threads could be kinda welded to the head. I've seen the tubes snipped and crushed with a pliers.
It's an executive decision on how to deal with it now.
