Connect an ampmeter in series with the ground terminal. That is all the current flows through the meter. You should have a reading of about 0.07 amps or less.
If more, remove a fuse at a time until it drops. Repair and check again.
If you have an aftermarket alarm, I would bet that is the problem.
Other possiblity is that the wiring in the doors has shorted and you have a constant feed to the door window motors or switches.
