I bought a "rust free" 77 street car early last year, with sport seats, 915, and 3.2 for 26k$. There was some rust of course (galvanizing is no match for battery acid); less than shown on your car, probably way less than what is hiding under/ inside your car.
I wouldn't pay that again, maybe not even 20k$. Body work is expensive, messy, takes forever, even if someone else is doing it.
