NFW would I take testosterone unless I lost my testicles. Even if I was measured "low". Men in my family have fared well in terms of cardio and prostate health. I am sure my genetics are similar to theirs including my testosterone levels at mid-age and beyond. I would worry if I start messing with it, I'd upset a balance that obviously worked for them.
Guys already mentioned what you can do to help:
BMI needs to be "normal", anything higher, lose it.
Exercise, both cardio as well as strength. 1h / day average.
Eat well, zero processed, no added sugar, more plants than animal products.
Give up alcohol.
I have done all of the above and all these items had a huge impact. I have done this in phases, starting in my late 30s. Biggest hitter was probably alcohol. I was not an alcoholic, but even social drinking and a couple binges a month will slow down your energy, including bedroom.
Last but not least, if you take blood pressure medicine, try to get off it by doing the lifestyle changes mentioned above. That's another big hitter for energy.
