Well ,to maybe help others who dissemble both sides for ease of painting or whatever , I found this .
While there does not appear to be a difference in the actual bracket despite the casting marks , the guide springs are driver/passenger specific according to OEM manual. Again this is for rear caliper on 1983 944.
