I also have a '95 993, such a wonderful driving car. I bought it with 85,000 miles and it now has about 112,000 miles. I hope to put as many miles as I can on it.
You may have heard about the 993 owner who put over 300,000 miles in his car (he was featured in Panorama). A guy like that gets far more enjoyment out of his car than the guy who keeps a car tucked away and not driven.
When you're really old and the car is long gone, which ownership scenario will make you glad you owned the car - having put 100,000+ miles on the car (with all the memories attached), or having it kept under a cover in the garage?
It's not a '73 RS - drive it.
