This sounds like the same problem I had with my 912 after it had sat for some time in storage. The friction disk, flywheel and pressure plate are stuck together. To free it up, put the back wheels up on stands, start the engine & let it warm up in neutral. Then start it in gear (2nd is good), depress the clutch, give it a little gas and apply the brakes. You may have to do it a couple of times & don't be timid about it. When the clutch breaks loose, you may hear a kind of "twang" noise. After you break it loose, use the clutch once a week to keep it from freezing up again. A guy on the 912 board just asked the same question about a week ago. Good luck.
