1. does the seleniod engage the starter to the flywheel?
2. Is there a clicking noise from the starter area ...low voltage
3. Can you turn the engine over by hand? or by pushing the car in gear.

We need to find out it it is an electrical problem ... most likely ... or a mechanical problem.
