What I did as I want to be 100% sure this area remains dry:
1. Sent out the oil cooler for pressure testing (Expected to have it back today)
2. Sealed the case with Versachem Titanium Epoxy System
3. As there was a comment on the usage of green seals, I picked up new ones from the local Porsche center => For comparison (Big seal is a different green than the old one, suppose it doesn't matter but wanted to use new seals anyway)
And while I was in there, I installed a new damping mat as the old one was completely dry and crumbling
