Not certain of specific 992 related changes; all I heard was the Touring package would be offered on the 992 GT3. I also believe it was to be offered on the Cayman GT4.
As far as impact; the 991.2 Touring impacted the value of the 991.1 R so it would lead you to assume there would be an impact on the 991.2 Touring models that are coming off lease. They tend to hit the market at once and dip the price until they find their next home.
