UPDATE: The problem is now best explained by the photo below. It seems the binding is coming from the window track pushing against the horizontal pivot rod that moves when the electric locks are triggered by key or current. The dog is not movable with a significant amount of finger pressure. Anyone move their window track adjustment forward and can offer advice? All assistance appreciated!
