i3 electric has about an 80 mile range. With the 2 cyl extender, you get about 150 miles. not quite the same as a true modern (Bolt/Tesla3/ Vw ID.4) ev. or Hybrid
Everyone says "40K is too expensive".. but the average new car transaction price is around $38K. If you get a 7500 tax break, well, then its less than the average new car price.
