If you have an electric a/c I assume you are referring to the alternator belt as you no longer have a belt driving the a/c compressor. Is your question truly in regards to the wear on the rubber belt? If so, the upgraded alternator offers no additional resistance than does the stock one, and like the stock one is in constant rotation so I don’t see that there is additional wear and tear on the belt. I too have the electric a/c along with the high output alternator and have seen no issues. One thing I would mention is that if you haven’t already done it, you may want to replace your stock crank dual pulley with a single unit as the weight of the dual drive belt unit is considerably heavier (~twice as heavy).
