I tried to edit my original 1/2017 post but was unable to so I will add this.
I ended up pulling my car out of Scotty B's shop in July of 2017 in pieces. The car had rust on it and the parts were scattered all over his shop and unlabeled. He had my car for 61 months and the work he did was sub-standard. A lot of my parts never were able to be located. I paid Scotty a lot of money. He did refund me $6K over two-plus years, but I still lost over $25K I paid him.
I had to pay to have almost all of Scotty's work completely re-done. His work almost destroyed my chassis. My car is now a Concours level car with over 2,200 miles on it thanks to a talented group in Los Angeles. Consumers beware of Kahiko Customs and Scotty B.
