Uggg. The largest hole saw I could find was 6" diameter but the can lighting fixtures that I am using are 6 1/4". I figured it would be no big but when I started cutting into my 1" thick plaster ceilings, the hole came out perfect and then when I used a file to ream out the hole to the proper size, the cuts are now all jagged and in a couple of cases, it chipped the plaster enough that I am going to have to fill.
Is there and easier way? I'm asking before I do the remaining 8 holes to cut.
