Regarding the washer plan for the seat belt latch attach I got this picture in PET.
Looks like two "spring" washers and some other washer. Two #26s and a #25. I'm going to take the position that if the bolt correctly installed and the latch stays pretty well put, that should be good enough. I don't want a safety issue.
