Has anyone had bad experiences with Carrera East on their service? This is in regards to the purchase of a custom Porsche Hood Crest

I purchased a custom Porsche Crest in December. The initial communication was good, Jim had indicated he would have it sent out within a couple of weeks, I asked that it be sent after the new year, and then never received anything. I contacted Jim, and he was slow to respond, but then finally did. He has not confirmed the shipping address , which I had given him, and he has not provided a tracking number. This was last month, and still no crest. And he has not responded since then.

Does anybody know Jim? Is he in bad health? Any info on how to reconcile this would be much appreciated.
