Help Valuing High-Mile 87 Cab.

Hello Pelicans,

I'm looking at selling my high-mile 87 Cab; another venture has come up and I need the space/$$. Trouble is there isn't much out there for Comps. I'm current with Coupe/Targa pricing but there just aren't that many Cabs selling with either high-mileage or G50 gearboxes; let alone both.

The car is a full-repaint and has a new top (prior to my ownership). Paint is good, not great (5-10 footer) Some solvent pop/dye-back present when you get close. Car has 201K miles; does not appear engine or gearbox have been opened up. No records at this time but I'm working on getting them; I've owned it just over a year and put 3K on it since. New clutch, slave cylinder and master cylinder. While engine out for clutch the engine was cleaned and all oil seeps addressed as well as preventative (cam oil lines, t-stat o-ring, oil pressure sender, breather cap, RMS, oil cooler seals, epoxy over all freeze plugs). Thoroughly cleaned gearbox, replace input shaft seal and shift shaft seal. New updated fuel injection lines on engine. Valve adjustment followed by compression and leak-down (170-180 psi and 4-8% across all cylinders). New engine pad, front and rear lid shocks. 4 new Continental tires. Oil change and brake flush. New belts.

After reinstalling the engine the tunnel fuel-lines started leaking at the front; replaced both tunnel fuel lines with factory parts as well as the rubber feed line to the pump.

Mechanically this thing is solid, needs front windshield/cab top seal replaced (wind noise) and the tan interior is dirty (especially on driver side.) Factory sport seats but they are starting to split at some seams and driver's bolster is hammered.

Any input on valuation would be greatly appreciated; I feel like high 30s-low 40s given the current market?

Thank you for your input.
