$35K - agree with @G450X, @Macroni & @cellison. I've run into a couple similar examples recently that sold for that amount. 200K mile cars, decent body & new tops and similar mechanical condition.
Paint condition (5/10) and seats are a costly negative IMO - probably $5K+ to correct the paint and do the seats properly. Seats are hard to get right. Either do it yourself then ask $40K+ or save yourself the trouble and have the new buyer tackle those areas.
