I won’t be able to offer much as far as the Gemballa specific items but I would definitely want to see what maintenance the car has had over the past 10 years. Specifically have the soft parts been replaced such as fuel lines, oil lines, gaskets, suspension bushings and tires? Are the wheels holding pressure, being three piece these often need rebuilds to hold hair. Wear items such as clutch (take up) are also worth checking their performance as it could be costly to repair later.
I’m usually not a fan of the Gemballa kits but this one looks nice!
