I have been on the fence and the stretching and pot cream have helped immensely, but I think I'll work in the shot. I need to stay active at work for the next eight months or so to keep the business on track.
As you know, turning 65 is not for children

Flat, do the work, it takes a month or so before it begins to make a solid difference. Also plank. You always appear fit, so this should work.
