Yup, it was back in the early 1980s, and the show was called Aerobicise.

I do these every other morning, the complete set, and the standing stretches every day.

It has helped me quite a bit.

Videos in the link. Trust me, nothing to ogle at

I do many of the stretches in Paul’s link every morning. I also do a little work with free weights in addition, and hang upside down on the inversion table. I feel like I got a little reprieve with this last cortisone shot and I’m working as hard as I dare to strengthen my core while I’m relatively pain free. I’m almost 8 weeks into the 12 week cycle and still doing well. The shot I got in February didn’t do squat and I don’t want to go through that again.

How did the shot go?

That is next for me.

I’ve gotten 3 so far. The first, in December 2020 was like a miracle. Most of the pain melted away. The pain came back in about 10 weeks. I can have one every 12 weeks, so got another shot in February that did nothing at all. I decided to try again in June and it was like another miracle. I’m not pain free, but I can function at about 80% of what I could 3 years ago. I can go at my workout routine much more vigorously now, and I’m hoping building up back strength will help hold off the return of the pain, so I’m religious about it.

I bought a cast net not to long ago, and one of the better ones. I still can’t throw it worth a darn and I’ve been studying this video.

It’s different from the one you posted, I’ll have to study both for a while

Great to hear. I can as well.

I have been on the fence and the stretching and pot cream have helped immensely, but I think I'll work in the shot. I need to stay active at work for the next eight months or so to keep the business on track.

As you know, turning 65 is not for children

Best.

Flat, do the work, it takes a month or so before it begins to make a solid difference. Also plank. You always appear fit, so this should work.
