looks like mine did. I had it welded by my local machine shop about 5 years ago. Has worked fine since but these things are always on borrowed time I feel like. Eventually I'll have to replace it with an aluminum housing and I imagine you will too. I'd suggest you get it welded and you might need to provide more clearance by taking a belt sander to the fan blade ends. You'll want to make sure it doesn't touch anywhere once its all bolted back onto the engine. Remove material until you have no interference. Continue to use the fan and housing until it starts to touch again. might be years from now...
