I still cant help but think a Plug in hydrid with 50-80 miles ev range and 45mpg afterwards is a better solution to reduced emissions than cramming as much ev range as possible into expensive EV only cars.
the solution almost exists today with some improvements in battery tech to a 30k prius prime. Not as fun as a 9 second 140k tesla plaid I know. Toyota pragmatism and engineering seem to be losing the battle to marketing.
