I just hope this can help to someone else.
1. I received a private message from
GFrey offering his right side pannier because he had a faulty BMW R1200S.
2. After few emails exchanged, we got a deal, I was going to send him, 500$ plus 155$ (because shipping costs), and then he will send the panniers to me (To Spain).
3. He was too persistent saying the Paypal transfer had to be via 'friends and family' (where there is no buyer protection). And I said ok.
4. Later, he requested more money, because the shipping cost were increased (+51$) I said ok, and I did the transfer to him via 'Goods and Services' and he returned back.
5. He requested again the transfer via 'Friends and Family', I said, there is no deal then.
6. Yesterday at 9.11 (Spanish time) he agreed to make a refund.
7. Yesterday at 16.56 (Spanish time) he said the panniers were shipped and I'll get them this Monday, this monday! 3 days delivery??? to Spain??? is it coming via Air Force One?.
8. He broke his word, and actually the funniest thing is like I've received an email from Amid International Shipping from a GMAIL (???) account and also reflecting a Philadelphia address, this guy is in Wisconsin (14 hours driving???).
9. I've kept emailing him and no response anymore obviously.
