Although I somewhat understand the statement/question, I don’t agree.
This piece is has a lot of value. Chris’s single turbo full bay intercoolers are great. And plenty efficient enough for most of our builds. And, I’m pretty sure he’ll have one made to match whatever build one wants. Weather it’s single or twin turbo. And from what I’ve seen, he’s very good at matching components to the specific build and maximizing the results.
But, not only does the Mode have billet end caps and a massive core, it’s no longer made. And, IMHO, will always have a significant place in the 930 world.
Also, the I/C has no bearing on fuel management. One could go EFI on any innercooler available or no innercooler at all. GLWTS truly turbo art
