That white plug is two-piece. You can pull it out a bit and disconnect the wires from the plug on the body side.
Use the terminal kit I posted above.
Edit: The terminal kit goes in the holes on the plug to depress the tabs on the wires, then you pull out the wires.
Double-edit: You cannot do this without a terminal kit like the one linked.
