Doing some car shopping currently, I ran across a car that has a panel that looks funny (the plastic bumper attachment to the fender). It may be factory, but that has me going. I wonder if any of you have good luck with a cheaper paint meter (>$100) that you can recommend?

I searched but could not find a solid recommendation. Also looks like there are a lot of new choices online.
