Sorry about the late reply, I didn't have the notifications set up. I started with a 916 and worked my way through Ducati, Aprilia and Moto Morini. They all worked well in the Alps, but around here I thought a beemer might fit better. So far, so good.
For the record, after many R's and K's, every BMW spent more time (and money) in the service center than any Italian. Just my experience. I won't even mention Mini's.
