Synchro circlip
I need some help. I'm starting my first transmission rebuild and am already stuck. I'm trying to take the circlip off of the synchro assembly. I modified/filed my expanding pliers some to help them expand more, but I still can't figure out how to get the circlip off. I think I need a third hand to pry off the circlip while I'm holding on to the pliers. Any suggestions? Thanks
