Congrats on a very nice bike. Interesting that we have pretty much owned very similar bikes. Not often that one encounters a Moto Morini owner, even a former one. I had a 1984 3 1/2 Sport. Came from Leicester in UK by way of Texas. Fantastic sound and a hoot in the canyons. First and Second Gen Rotax powered Apes are among most capable bikes even by today’s standards. Had a pleasure of owning both generations of RSV and have plans to get a 2nd Gen RSV Factory as the keeper Ape.
One of Ducati dealers tried to dissuade me from a SF because it a model known for high attrition rate due to too much power. Sold MV Brutale 1090RR to make room for a 1098 SFS. The man was right, it’s a monster.
