Looks like a good car! Be prepared to just pull the engine and reseal everything that is seeping.
I'd replace the alternator. How much do they go for nowadays? I replaced mine as preventative maintenance while I had easy access at 140k or so miles. It was around 350 bucks at the time, IIRC.
